Bookings

All sessions are by appointment only. A booking request submitted through this website is a request, not a guaranteed reservation, until confirmed by Andrea Franza. You will receive personal confirmation of your session date and time.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. To allow us to offer the slot to another client, we kindly request:

• At least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the session price.
• Failure to attend without notice ("no-show") will result in the full session fee being charged, where a deposit or payment has been taken.

Refunds

Payments for sessions are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. However, if you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, your payment may be transferred to a rescheduled session. Refunds for exceptional circumstances are at the sole discretion of Andrea Franza Holistic Wellness.

The therapies offered through this website are complementary and holistic in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition before booking a session.

Please inform Andrea of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns in the booking notes so that the session can be safely tailored to your needs.

Palliative and Energetic Services

Palliative support offered through this practice is non-medical comfort and presence work. It does not replace medical palliative care provided by licensed healthcare professionals. Tarot and energetic readings are offered for reflection and personal insight, not as medical, financial, or legal advice.

Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful space for every client. Any behaviour that is disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.
