Reiki Session
Through gentle, hands-on presence, the body's own intelligence is invited to soften, realign, and remember its natural state of balance. Each session becomes a space to simply be — held, attentive, and open to whatever wants to move within you that is blocking the life force energy's natural flow.
Reiki is a Japanese energy-based practice grounded in the principle that a subtle life force flows through the body — one that can become depleted or blocked by physical tension, emotional stress, and daily life.
During a session, I will work as a channel, placing the hands lightly on or slightly above specific areas of the body, working on the electromagnetic field and bodies, finding the blockings and restoring the life force energy's natural flow.
The practice is entirely non-invasive, with no physical manipulation involved, and you remain fully clothed throughout.
The intention is to support the body's own regulatory systems, inviting the nervous system to shift from stress into deep rest — where natural processes of repair and balance can occur.
Reiki is a complementary practice, as gentle support through stress, transition, grief, or illness, including palliative and end-of-life care, where the goal is comfort, healing and presence.
Modalities
An in-person session held within a serene, dedicated space. Hands-on energy work restores flow and harmony to body and spirit, accompanied by thirty minutes of biodecoding.
A real-time session conducted via Zoom or videocall. Energy is channeled across distance moment by moment, guided in your presence as you rest.
A silent, off-camera distance session. No video or call is required; energy is transmitted in stillness and received wherever you are.
