Know Me

A life lived close to the body, to remember

I arrived at this path of healing through a lineage of women who trusted plants, nature, and their power to heal, women who taught me, in silence, that the body always remembers where it comes from. I grew up surrounded by guided meditations, magic codes for concentration, quartz, oils, and temazcales.

From a very young age I had lucid dreams that I now understand as past lives, and at 6 or 7 years old my mother introduced me to healing through the laying on of hands, something I later discovered was reiki. I was already practicing, simply by playing at healing, a game that, in time, became my life's calling.

As a child, I could also sense the presence of those who had already passed, and through encounters I understand differently today, I had my first contact with God: I could feel that something existed beyond the visible. That early contact awakened a calling that has only grown with time, to serve others.

As a teenager, I did my first volunteer work at a children's rehabilitation hospital. At 21, in a moment when my life hung by a thread, I had an encounter with God, with ancestors, and with beings of light who saved my life. After that experience, everything began to align with a softness that still surprises me today.

Tarot was revealed to me in a dream, and the cards became an extension of my hands, to this day, having given over 500 readings.

Shortly after, I studied Palliative Care, a step that arrived almost as a natural continuation of everything before it.

In southern Mexico, I took another leap of faith and began working as a private massage therapist. I had the joy of participating in ceremonies, learning alongside curanderos, healers, and practitioners of magic, and accompanying temazcales and ancestral medicine ceremonies, each experience adding new roots to a tree that had already been growing long before me. There, I met one of my greatest teachers: Devakinananda Das, a devoted Vaishnava practitioner, who opened the doors to his final days of life. In that palliative accompaniment, he passed on knowledge found only through lived experience.

A dream introduced me to diving, and from my first dive I knew that every descent into the ocean was, in truth, a descent into my own depths.

I trained until I became a dive guide and instructor, later traveling through Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Singapore, and Indonesia; there, I refined my craft alongside massage therapists with decades of experience, learning techniques passed down through generations, like sengkak or traditional reflexology.

The currents carried me on to Scandinavia, where the winter led me into the deepest part of my heart. In Denmark, I lived my first palliative accompaniment outside of Mexico; I continued on through Ireland, Scotland, and Sweden, adding experience to this path.

In 2018, after a fast and an honest confrontation with my ego, I had a vision: a place among open fields where everything moved to the rhythm of nature. Seven years later, life led me exactly there, in Sweden, a wellness farm where I was able to expand, learn, and accompany wonderful people.

This is only a summary of what I have the fortune and been allowed to live.

I am deeply grateful that you are here, and I wish, with all my heart, that you find exactly what you are looking for. <3
